I’m Jon White, founder of Localis Collective. I bring 10 years of sales experience across multiple industries, most recently geotechnical drilling.
My operations background includes management roles in multiple restaurants and a catering service. My current work is closely tied to operations, and I’ve built a new revenue stream for an existing business from scratch.
That experience shapes how I look at a workflow: what the business needs to deliver, and what the people doing the work need to get it done.
Why Localis starts with one problem
A missed handoff, repeated data entry, or an owner chasing updates is a concrete place to start. We can follow that task, agree on what needs to improve, and build a small version the team can try.
Localis is a custom software consultancy for local service businesses. The product demonstrations show possible directions under that umbrella; each engagement is scoped around the business’s actual process.
What you can review today
The Forge / Workforce Hub walkthrough shows an actual request interface using sample data and simulated responses. The other working demonstrations explore jobs such as care logs, builder approvals, and cleaning-site handoffs.

A clear scope before building
The introductory 15-minute call is free. Our $1,500 USD systems review and first working improvement covers one business process, its existing tools, one agreed improvement, a walkthrough, one revision round, and a prioritized plan. If better use of your current tools solves the problem, we’ll recommend that. Any included connection is checked for feasibility before commitment and tested end to end. Scope, delivery date, and handoff terms are confirmed before payment. Larger work is quoted separately.
