LOCALISCOLLECTIVE
Privacy policy

Your information should have a clear job.

This policy explains what Localis Collective collects through this website, why we collect it, which providers help us operate it, and the choices available to you.

UPDATED SEPTEMBER 9, 2026

Information you provide

When you submit a contact, call-request, demo, or pilot form, we may collect your name, business or facility name, role, phone number, email address, selected interests, team size, workflow concerns, preferred call date and time, time zone, email consent, and any notes you choose to include.

Website and device information

Our hosting provider receives ordinary technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, which may include your IP address, browser and device type, requested page, referring page, date and time, and basic security or diagnostic records.

How we use it

We use submitted information to review your request, confirm and make a requested phone call, deliver a requested workflow teardown, prepare or discuss a demo, plan work you authorize, provide support, prevent misuse, and maintain necessary business records. We do not send the contents of your form fields to the Meta Pixel.

Service providers

Netlify hosts this website, runs the call-request service, and stores its submissions. Resend delivers requested emails and confirmations and, when you expressly opt in, maintains the related email contact. If you allow optional advertising measurement, Meta provides the Pixel technology described below. Each provider handles information under its own contractual and legal obligations.

Email communications

We send operational messages needed to fulfill a request, such as a workflow teardown or call confirmation. Receiving a requested teardown does not require subscribing to marketing. We send occasional Localis follow-ups only when you select the separate, optional email-consent checkbox. We record the wording, version, and time of that consent. Marketing messages include a way to unsubscribe, and you may also ask us to stop at any time.

Connected business systems

Submitting this website form does not connect Localis to your operational systems. If a project later requires access to booking, customer, staff, payment, or other business data, the scope, access, security, and retention terms will be agreed with you before that connection is made.

Website analytics

We use HeyCatch to understand page visits, link and button interactions, and which channels bring visitors to Localis. Its analytics SDK runs when public pages load and uses browser storage and identifiers to connect activity across visits. It receives page URLs, referrers, browser and device information, and interaction events. We do not identify visitors using inquiry form answers or send those answers as custom analytics events. Session recording is disabled in the installed SDK. HeyCatch analytics is separate from the optional Meta advertising control below. See HeyCatch’s privacy policy.

Meta Pixel and ad measurement

If—and only if—you select “Allow optional tracking,” the site may load the Meta Pixel. It can receive your IP address, browser and device information, page URL, referrer, time of visit, Meta advertising identifiers or cookies such as _fbp and _fbc, page-view events, and a generic lead event after a successful form submission. That lead event identifies only the type of Localis inquiry; it does not contain your name, phone number, email address, notes, or other form answers.

Why optional measurement is used

Optional Meta measurement helps us understand whether an advertisement led to a page visit or inquiry, measure campaign performance, limit irrelevant advertising, and create or exclude advertising audiences where permitted. Meta handles information it receives under Meta’s Privacy Policy and applicable business-tool terms.

Cookies and your choice

Necessary local storage remembers your privacy choice. Optional Meta technology stays off unless you allow it. You can decline it without losing access to the site, and you can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the “Privacy choices” button at the bottom of any page. Your saved choice expires after 180 days. If your browser sends a recognized Global Privacy Control signal, optional Meta tracking remains off.

Sale and sharing

We do not sell personal information for money. Some state privacy laws may define the use of advertising pixels as “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising. For that reason, optional Meta tracking is disabled until you allow it and can be declined or withdrawn through the site’s privacy control.

Retention and security

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, our business records, dispute resolution, security, or legal obligations. We use HTTPS, access controls, data minimization, and other reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and requests

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete information you submitted, subject to identity verification and information we must retain for legal or legitimate business reasons. You may also ask us to stop nonessential follow-up communications. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

Children

This website is intended for business owners and managers and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this website.

Policy updates

We may update this policy when our services or legal obligations change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be posted here.
